Canada’s provinces nominate candidates through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). One such recent program was Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). This program nominated candidates from different streams under Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
The invitation to seek provincial nomination was extended to chosen candidates. These nominations were made for applications of permanent residency in Canada.

On July 13, Manitoba sent 540 letters of recommendation to candidates. There were four draws among them, distributed over three streams. 77 of the 540 invited MPNP profiles had a valid Express Entry profile as well as a job seeker validation code. The ranking score of the lowest-ranked candidate invited was 774
Two of these draws involved the province inviting talented workers. 205 individuals with scores of 604 participated in the first draw that was occupation-specific. According to the National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021, these candidates have jobs in particular broad categories and significant groups.
3 of them are Health occupations
10 of them in specialized Middle management occupations
14 in the category of Administrative and financial support and supply chain logistics occupations
75 namely of Helpers, Laborers, and other operating workers
In a non-occupational draw, 237 Skilled Workers were also invited. A 661 score was the minimum requirement.
The remaining draws welcomed 41 abroad skilled professionals and 57 applicants from the international education stream. A minimum score of 774 was required for Skilled Workers Overseas.
